Contact your representatives, senator, and the white house and share reports from Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International detailing human rights abuses in Egypt. Ask them to consider the $1.3 billion in conditional aid to Egypt as a point of leverage for addressing human rights violations in Egypt. Urge them to demand immediate conditions and monitoring be put in place with regard to U.S funding in Egypt.
